MISSION

Implementation and cultivation of ICT towards NHD's excellence service delivery system.

FUNCTIONS

1. Determine the potential use of ICT and encourage the adoption of the latest  ICT technologies best suited for NHD.

2. Assist NHD in the acquisition of ICT systems at a reasonable/affordable cost.

3. Develop and implement computer systems for a more coordinated and systematic NHD's service delivery .

4. Planning and managing computerisation projects approved by the management.

5. Establish and encourage the use of ICT  standard in NHD.

6. Assist NHD in implementing policies, regulations and standards related to the ICT set by the government.
