There are about 6 online services to choose from, which are:
 
 
1. KPKT – Housing developer’s new application for license
 
 
2. KPKT – Housing developer’s new application for advertisement and sales permit
 
 
3. KPKT - Renewal of housing development license
 
 
4. KPKT – Renewal of advertisement and sales permit.
 
 
5. KPKT – Progress Report for 7F
 
 
6. KPKT – Developer’s registration
 
 
Every online services choose above have to go through KPKT – Developer’s Registration for the first time used in order to verify their developer’s information. Then only, they can choose other services offered.
 
For 2 nd time used and so on, KPKT – Developer’s Registration can be used to update any related information regarding developer’s information such as address, paid-up capital and so on.
 
For developer that want to apply new license and new permit at the same time, has to fill-up KPKT – Housing developer’s new application for license form and then only KPKT – Housing developer’s new application for advertisement and sales permit form.
 
Same thing goes to renewal license and permit, developers have to fill up KPKTRenewal of housing development license form first then only go to KPKT – Renewal of advertisement and sales permit form.
 
To apply every online service separately, developer only have to click on the link and and fill-up the form as usual.
 
For existing developer , make sure that the ROC NO/SSM NO keyed-in in the portal registration form is same with the number declared in KPKT system.
 
For Pertubuhan/Koperasi/Perbadanan that don’t have the ROC NO/SSM NO need to take temporary number from KPKT to be put in the SSM NO field in portal registration form.
 
Make sure to print out all forms before any application are submitted to KPKT.
